Having graduated through our Fast Start “Ignition” Process at Phase 1 and gotten into action “Working With” your Sponsor and Upward Support Team, Senior Team Partner represents the natural next step in your journey through the business.
We begin with our proprietary prospecting program “7 Key Strategies to continually build upon your Active Candidate List” (so you’ll never have to worry about “running out” of people to talk to). This is where you get to review and refine your early stage activities and “Practice; Drill; Rehearse” with your Sponsor and Upward Support Team. The key is to work together with your Support Team, practicing how to invite new people effectively to view our Company Presentation.
We then continue with “The Language of Success” – how to talk to people in a way that breaks the ice and makes people curious and open to learning more.
And if that wasn’t enough, you’ll also gain immediate access to Phase 2 of our Acumen Honeycomb personal and professional development library. You’ll find your belief in your abilities and confidence level, not to mention your earning potential, will skyrocket as you graduate through Senior Team Partner at Phase 2.
