Jo Smith
Jo Smith is a relentless network marketing investor, field trainer, speaker and Distributor. His vision of an innovative learning environment and mentored support network evolved through his desire to confront the practical challenges he observed over the course of his 20+ years in the field. A vision resulting in a whole series of key innovations including: the adoption of the Principle of “Holacracy” (ethical organisational governance and the stripping-out of traditional corporate hierarchy); the launch of “Distributor-Centric” (an initiative designed to monitise your independent network across multiple income streams once it’s somewhat established); the introduction of our Peer-to-Peer Income Model (establishing true equality of opportunity and that all-important fast route to income); and a commitment to a rigorous Code of Ethics that subjects us all to a fundamentally higher standard of behaviour.
