As you graduate to our first leadership Phase within the business you’ll start to learn more about the Live Events area of the business and gain access to a range of skills-based workshops including public speaking, persuasion, and rhetoric.
As you graduate upward to a more leadership type role you’ll find Phase 3 (Executive Team Partner) your next natural step in your journey through the business. Phase 3 training places it’s emphasis on Live Events generally, and the quarterly Live Events arm of our business inparticular. These key events combine a clear view of the bigger picture with real-world, skills-based training and the motivation to take your business to the next level.
