Why we reward depth over width – and why it changes everything
In many ways, our business exists to answer one defining question: How do we build a support system that gives every new (or returning) network marketer the very best chance to thrive, right from day one? A system engineered from the ground up to fast-track your growth, confidence, and that all-important initial stream of early income. Because let’s be honest – that’s the real challenge. How do we inspire our Team Partners to walk away from crude, mass-recruitment tactics and commit instead to genuine mentorship, real partnership, and driving their network marketing roots deep?
The old-school dilemma
Network marketing is undeniably powerful once initial momentum is built. But because commissions in our business are typically divided into smaller portions and distributed across multiple levels, earning meaningful income quickly enough to stay committed through those critical early weeks can feel like climbing uphill in the dark. Most network marketing companies recognise this – and yet, all too often, their answer is the same tired old approach: push hard for mass front-line recruitment. Recruit wide. Recruit fast. Recruit and move on. It’s a crude, old-school approach. And in our view, it’s exactly what leads to burnout, poor retention, and a glaring absence of genuine friendship and support. This dilemma – mass recruitment in pursuit of fast income on the one hand, versus driving the roots deep for stability and support on the other still represents a clearly quantifiable problem. A problem crying out for a real solution. And this is where our key innovation enters the fray.
A better way – built on a bold idea
What if there were a personal-development and coaching-driven network marketing opportunity that rewarded you with the fastest possible route to income, not through mass front-line recruitment, but by deliberately slowing the pace of recruitment in order to place far greater emphasis on the support needs of far fewer new people at any one time? And what if it was this approach that delivered that all-important fast route to initial income – often from week one in the business? For those who have built businesses before – and who understand that quality compounds – that proposition speaks for itself.
Introducing our “Working With” Mentor Model
This is the ethical “Drive the Roots Deep” mentoring and support innovation that permeates everything we do. It’s woven into the very fabric of our business model, and we indeed refer to it as our Working With Mentor Model In practice, this approach delivers much more than higher levels of competence, confidence and motivation (although that’s a great start!). It creates something rarer and more powerful: A genuine sense of community, belonging, and shared purpose. Because the bottom line is simple: New people thrive when they feel genuinely valued and supported. They pick up the key skills faster. They sidestep avoidable mistakes. And they build real, lasting relationships along the way – relationships that often become as valuable as the business itself. It’s a compelling social philosophy that really sets us apart.
So how does it actually work?
Here is the structural innovation that changes everything: In our business, the traditional coaching, mentoring and support function of the Sponsor and the upline team is itself a paid function. Not the recruitment function, the support function. This means your Sponsor and your upline have every commercial reason – and every personal reason – to work closely with you. To help you build key skills. To help you grow in belief and confidence. And to get you into income quickly. That, in essence, is our Working With Mentor Model in action. Not Superman. Not Wonder Woman. Not “Superstar Sponsor Syndrome” as they say. But simply being there for your people at every stage of their development, but especially in those early stages when peer-group support matters most.
One Important Point
It’s important to bear in mind, the person who principally “Works With” you in this way may not always be your personal Sponsor. If your Sponsor is new to the business, or doesn’t yet carry a great deal of experience, then a more experienced member of your upward support team will step in and work alongside both of you in the early stages. And that’s precisely how it should be. We place no pressure on the Sponsor – only personal growth and opportunity. Because the truth that underpins everything we do is one that every successful entrepreneur has come to appreciate:
Real success is always a team effort.
