Your career as an Independent Team Partner at Acumen Strategic Partners starts here. Our induction Team Partner Phase is designed to get you started quickly and establish a solid foundation from the outset.
Without a specific system, even extraordinary people struggle to achieve even ordinary results. Our business works because it’s built upon a system. A deliberate process of predictably achieving a reassuring series of pre-determined goals. It’s what takes the trial and error and lost time out of our activities (not to mention the frustration). In short, our systems enable folks new to the business to harness an approach that achieves long term success predictably.
Like any new venture, operating a network marketing business successfully isn’t easy, but it is relatively simple. You’ll find our Team Partner “Ignition” process details everything you’ll ever need to launch your new career on the right footing. To begin, your sponsor will introduce you to your Upward Support Team. This is always a great place to start as you’ll gain access to the knowledge, experience, and support of the folks that have gone before you.
From there, “Working With” your Sponsor and Upward Support Team you’ll complete your Getting Started Induction Training, designed to help you set your focus, get organised, get plugged in, and get quickly up to speed and comfortable with the key skills.
There’s no doubt that educated, empowered, and engaged teammates carry much higher levels of perseverance and resilience. Learning the key skills quickly is the surest route to that critical early-stage success story – even down to learning what to say and do (and what not to!). This fascinating section of your induction training shows you exactly what to say to people, so the right ones say, “Oh really, that’s interesting, how does that work?”. So if you’ve ever felt you don’t know what to say in a given situation; if you’ve ever felt you’re not being your authentic self; if you feel your approaches are “salesy” and drive people away; if you’d rather kindle a movement of ethical, caring, and compassionate entrepreneurs instead of pushing people who aren’t that interested, then this section is for you.
Your next step involves the setting up of your Cashback Protocol, which carries the dual purpose of completely offsetting your cost of entry and helping everyone in your team do the same!
From there, you’ll get to actively “Work With” your Sponsor and Upward Support Team in pro-actively spreading the word effectively, building your business, and establishing your income quickly.
